Stephen Ladig, Managing Broker

Steve graduated from IU Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, IN. As a CPA for many years, he was fortunate to be given the opportunity to provide leadership to great companies and was passionate about helping each maximize their profitability. Starting in 2005, Steve began investing in real estate and is currently the Managing Broker/Owner of Ladig Realty. He is blessed to work with a great group of empowered teammates! Along with his wife Kelly, they enjoy traveling and spending time with their 3 kids; watching them pursue their passions in drag racing, softball, church activities and Purdue!  When Steve is not working, he loves riding motocross, weightlifting and going for walks.

Hollie Oman, Broker & Showing Agent

Hollie graduated from Ball State University with a Business Administration degree. After graduation, she and her husband located to Fishers where they have raised their 3 children. She joined Ladig Realty in 2011 working with buyers/sellers.  She quickly became the primary showing agent of our rental homes as well as assisting with inspections and whatever else needs to be done. Hollie is a philanthropist at heart who is involved in the RHI adaptive sports program and many other nonprofit organizations.  She loves spending time with her family, friends and family pets.

Holly Ackerman, Broker & Office Manager

Holly is a graduate of Ball State University and has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education. She taught for Noblesville Schools for several years before obtaining her real estate license in 2016. She joined Ladig Realty as a Realtor/Broker in summer of 2016, and then joined the office staff in fall of 2021. She is primarily responsible for administrative tasks related to the property management side of the business, and she communicates often with property owners and tenants. She lives in Noblesville with her husband and 3 young daughters. She enjoys being involved in her children’s school and extracurricular activities and spending time with her family and friends.

Leah Duffy, Property Management

Leah came to Ladig Realty with a background in Real Estate. She has previously worked as a licensed realtor, licensed mortgage loan originator and loan processor. As property manager she primarily handles the inspections of our rental homes, which includes move out/move in and routine inspections in addition to processing the incoming lease applications. She believes good customer service is the backbone of any great company and takes pride in providing the best service possible. Leah has lived in Fishers for over 25 years with her husband, 4 kids and 4 dogs. When she is not working, she enjoys travel, theater, live music and spending time with her family and friends.

Kim Dodge, Property Management

Kim graduated from the University of Dayton with a Business Administration degree. She spent 8 years in sales and event planning before focusing on her real estate career. Kim joined Ladig Realty in the Spring of 2022 and has primarily focused on the maintenance and upkeep of the properties. She spends much of her free time attending her kids activities and spending time with friends. 

Janet Johnson, Accountant

Janet earned her AAS degrees in Accounting and Business Administration at Indiana Business College. She worked with Steve in various roles prior to helping with Ladig Realty. She has worked as an the company's accountant almost since inception of the business. Janet is married and the mother of three daughters and four grandchildren. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family.  

Corey Shonborn, Broker

Corey graduated from IUPUI with his bachelor's in general studies and is currently in the middle of getting his masters in divinity at TCMI. He has worked for his dad's construction company for over 10 years and that is how he met Steve by helping with repairs on his rental properties. Corey joined the Ladig Realty team in 2019 and enjoys helping clients buy and sell properties. He loves to be with his coworkers and put a smile on their face and will help in any way possible. Other than working in construction and real estate, Corey helps lead a ministry for young adults in the greater Indy area. In pursuing one of his lifelong dreams, he has recently gotten his pilot's license and hopes to use it to bless others and aid younger generations in getting their wings.
